If you watch what is happening in the world, you learn that Iran, through its proxies
of Hesbollah, Hamas and the hutties are attacking Israel.
Iran is where the ancient Persian capital was situated.
You also learn on TV how many of the European nations side against Israel.
Our passage this morning gives us a grand picture of God’s plans for Israel from the
time of Daniel.
It teaches us how God’s word is trust worthy.
It also reveals how God sovereignty and providentially was and continues to protect
not only the body of Christ but his chosen nation Israel.
God has an unfolding plan for Israel.
God’s end objective is their salvation.
We will be preaching a number of sermons as we plough our way through this final
great vision that Daniel experienced.
