Eyewitness accounts of the resurrection of Christ
1. John 20:11-18 Mary Magdalene weeping at the tomb met Jesus and initially thought he was a gardener
2. Matt. 28:8-10 Jesus met these fleeing women on root, which changed their demeanour from not telling anyone, to telling everyone.
3. Luke 24:34 Jesus had met Peter
4. Luke 24:15 the two disciples on the road to Emmaus met Jesus
5. John 20:19 ten of the apostles in the upper room met Jesus
6. John 20:26 eight days later the eleven and Thomas met Him.
7. John 21:1-25 in Galilee, Jesus appeared to seven of them on the shore of the lake
8. 1 Cor 15:6 Jesus appeared to more than five hundred disciples on a mountain.
9. 1 Cor 15:7 Jesus also appeared to His half-brother James
10. Acts 1:4-11 He appeared to the eleven apostles on the Mount of Olives, just before His ascension to heaven
11. Acts 1:2-3 indicate additional appearances over a period of 40 days proving he was alive and teaching them about the kingdom of God.
